I’m Christy Bowman-White. I’ve spent more than 20 years in education and leadership, including serving as a classroom teacher, an award-winning school principal, and a leadership coach and consultant.

Leadership matters. I’ve seen how it can go right, how it can go wrong, and the very real impact it has on people and organizations. I am passionate about supporting emerging and growth-minded leaders to become better and more sustainable leaders of people.

Outside of my professional work, I’m active in my community as a Rotarian, a board member, and a participant in local business and civic organizations. These roles continue to inform how I think about leadership, connection, and impact.
