I’m Christy Bowman-White, founder of North Star Leadership and Development LLC. I’m a first-generation college graduate, award-winning former principal, leadership consultant, and ICF-certified coach with more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, and systems-level consulting.

I hold a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and have designed and facilitated learning at the school, district, state, and national levels.

Leadership matters. I’ve seen how it can go right, how it can go wrong, and the very real impact it has on people, teams, and organizations. I am passionate about helping leaders become stronger and more sustainable leaders of people.

Outside of my professional work, I’m active in my community through Federal Way Rotary, the Highline College Foundation Board, and local business and civic organizations. These roles continue to inform how I think about leadership, connection, and impact.
